Outreach Across Zeerust, Olifantsfontein & Edenvale
This winter, the chill in the air couldn’t overcome the warmth that spread through Zeerust, Olifantsfontein, and Edenvale.
From the moment the first blanket was handed over, it was clear that this outreach was about more than just meeting physical needs. It was about community getting together to support each other in what little or big way that they could.Through the generosity of our faithful givers, we were able to donate 400 blankets, wrap 345 people in warmth through home-cooked meals, send out 360 takeaways for families to enjoy later, and bless 100 households with food hampers to help carry them through the winter.
In every smile, every “thank you,” we were reminded of how important it truly is, to give rather than receive.
To everyone who gave, served, and prayed—you were part of this story. Together, we didn’t just give out blankets or meals; we helped plant a seed of hope and joy that will continue to live on and bless those out in Zeerust, Oilifdantsfontein and Edenvale.
